Everyone was nice to me. The parts manager(Ed I think) was especially nice. When I called ,the day before he took the time to look and see if they had what I needed, in stock. Then when I arrived the next day he explained just how and why I would need some professional help with my key-less entry.
We identified deficiencies in the vehicle such as excess tire wear, a dent on the passenger side of the car, and water inside the taillight that was not presented to us during the sale. We we're happy with the solutions to make the deal. We purchased the certified used vehicle and within 3 hours of pick up the electrical system failed. I asked several time what our options about how we can handle this situation. And all I got was will do what's right. I got tired of asking so I stopped. I was happy with the service department resolving the electrical issue.
We have always received the best service, be it purchasing a vehicle or getting servicing done on one of our vehicles. Will Anderson and Greg Mauch were pivotal in our recent purchase and the service department and detail department are exceptional.
My experience was very good. The presentation by the salesman was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I took four months to get my all wheel drive Lacrosse. I would like to see that frame tightened up a bit. Otherwise, I am very happy with my new vehicle.
Terrific service and friendly staff. Was amazed to stop into schedule an oil change and got right in and staff did it immediately! Never experienced that before, and with such a short wait. We got our 2017 Buick Enclave in FL. So we weren't even 'regulars'.Truly impressed.
