Once upon a time, there was a car that needed an pil change. It also had the check engine light on. The boys at the shop loaned me a car foe a day, so they could fix the car. The next day; to the tine I'd 16 hundred dollars! The car was done! They all lived happily ever after. The end.

I drive 35 miles one way to have my GM vehicles serviced at Kayser in Sauk City. I have never been disappointed in the service received. In fact there have been several instances where the service and parts departments have gone way out of their way to get things right, sometimes at their expense. I thank Kayser for keeping the same or better service as when Darlene owned it. It doesn’t get any better than this.

Great service was dropping off 1st thing in the morning & was giving a service vehicle to drive to my meeting for the day. My meeting ran long & wasn't back to the dealership to after 5:00PM. The receptionist had my key and was waiting for me for after hours service.
