2012 Chevrolet Centennial Edition Corvette
To mark its 100th birthday and rich motorsports heritage, Chevrolet this summer will offer the 2012 Centennial Edition
package on all Corvette models, including Grand Sport, Z06 and ZR1.
The bowtie brand was co-founded in 1911 by Swiss-born racecar driver Louis Chevrolet, who earlier in his career raced
for Buick. Chevy was acquired by General Motors in 1917.
The Centennial Edition package, available on all Corvette models, is finished exclusively in Carbon Flash Metallic, with
satin-black graphics and unique Centennial Satin Black wheels and red brake calipers. The lightweight cast-spun
aluminum wheels are offered in several sizes-18-inch/19-inch for Corvette Coupe, Convertible and Grand Sport; and
19-inch/20-inch for Z06 and ZR1.
The package also includes Magnetic Selective Ride Control.
The Centennial Edition cockpit continues the exterior color theme. The instrument panel and doors are wrapped in ebony
leather, with contrasting red stitching on the seats, steering wheel, console and shifter.
A graphic logo with an image of Louis Chevrolet is featured on the B-pillars, wheel center caps and steering wheel hub, while
and embossed centennial logo is included on the seat headrests.
