We had an appointment at 11:30 for oil change and to check out our bumper on our new vehicle that we got three months ago. We were 10 minutes late we had another appointment. We got our oil changed and they said they didn’t have enough time to check out the bumper. Their guys go to lunch at noon.When we made the appointment, they should have told us that they close at noon if they did not have an enough time to do both appointments. I totally understand we were a late, but they still could not get us the other appointment in at that time that they gave us . It took them at least 45 minutes to take off bumper on found out they will need to order new bumper with clips that are not broke on them.
