This was truly an unexpected trip to the Kayser Service Center. It was on a Saturday, just before noon and all of the techs had left for the day. I had pulled into a parking space down the street from Kayser's and when I tried to shift from Drive to Park, the button on the gear shift knob broke. I was not able to shift gears or turn off the car. I made a quick call to Kayser and Ben told me to bring the vehicle in and he would see what he could do for me. When I showed him the pieces that fell into my hand, he knew that I needed a new gear shift knob. He told me he would order one and would have it on the following Tuesday. He quickly fixed me up with a loaner and I was on my way. As promised, Ben called me on Tuesday to tell me that my car was fixed and ready to go. I can't tell you enough how pleased I am with Kayser's service.

My 2020 Chevrolet got totaled in an accident. Immediately, after the accident, I called Wendy Walsh to find a replacement vehicle. She started the search, found the vehicle I was looking for and I took possession of it two days after receiving the OK from the insurance company. The vehicle was the only one like it in Wisconsin. Can't say enough good about Wendy.
