They were very courteous, they took the time to look at and understand my issues. They completed two fit and finish issues and a oil change. They gave me a ride back home wile they worked on the car and called me when it was completed. Everything was done and looked good.

I had an 11 a.m. appointment for a full service oil change and tire rotation. From the time I arrived to departure time I received kind and courteous service from their staff. In just over 30 minutes I was leaving as a very satisfied customer.

took car into dealership for oil change with only 30 some thousand miles on my 2018 Buick! Asked to have drivers door checked for clicking sound checked when door opens and closes! When driving it home I became sick from smell of what was applied to my drivers door and what was a clicking sound now was a much louder crunching sound! I love my Buick but this door issue has me very upset and embarrassed for people to hear! Now was told it will cost $210.00 dollars? Not a Happy Customer! Have bought all my cars at this dealership since the 70s!
